These terms apply when you use this website and the parent portal. By using them, you agree to these terms.

We work to keep term dates, programmes and other details accurate, but they may change. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. A place is confirmed only by a written offer from the school.

Portal accounts are for the guardians the school has linked to a pupil. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account to protect a child's records.

Do not submit false information, try to reach records that are not yours, disrupt the service, or send abusive messages through the portal.

The text and photographs on this site belong to Jesluv School, and you may not copy or republish them. If you are a parent and want a photograph of your child removed, email hello@jesluv.ng and we will take it down.

Fees are shown line by line on each invoice, and the amount you pay online is exactly the amount on the invoice. We add no surcharge. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability of the website or by third-party services we do not control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
